About Patti Bryant, Founder
In addition to founding The Way Back, Patti also founded Learning Reinvented, an online interactive training company, as well as the ONILP (Online Network of Independent Learning Professionals), a worldwide community of over a thousand training managers, developers, and professionals. She has a master's degree in Instructional Implementation and Design, Educational/Instructional Technology.
Combining her experience in HR and L&D, Patti has worked with a myriad of organizations in a wide range of sectors to improve employee experiences, organizational effectiveness, and profitability. This experience includes:
- Building training for 50,000 learners from the ground up at Chipotle (innovators in the food industry)
- Working with The Marcus Buckingham Company (pioneers in developing employee experiences) to expand their training offerings to include online interactive courses
- Partnering with the author/speaker and former director of retail for Bose Corporation, Doug Fleener, to create Sixth Star University, an online training program for sales professionals
In addition, Patti has a bachelor's degree in Information Systems Security and has used her experience as a computer consultant, HRIS specialist, and software trainer to help many tech companies improve customer experiences by elevating training and development opportunities for employees.
